I was undecided about this hotel because of the mixed reviews but I was looking for somewhere cheap to stay for one night. I arrived about 12pm but ||check in|| wasn||t until 2pm and I was allowed to leave my luggage to one side, it wasn||t locked away but there were other suitcases and when I came about about 5ish, it was still there. I booked a twin room for around £45 and it was a lot bigger than many other more expensive hotel rooms of better quality. There was a double bed (with a random camp bed by the side?!), wardrobe, dressing table and tv. The bathroom was also of a decent size and the room was clean and tidy. I didn||t see any peeling wallpaper or mould patches like I have seen in pictures for other hotels of this prices! I would recommend this hotel to others that are looking for a cheap place to stay and who isn||t going to be spending much time in the room. Those looking for something romantic or with kids may want to try their luck somewhere else, but for a lone traveller, it was great!

"I Stayed at first hotel for 4 nights. Rooms are big and clean but some of the facilities are old. The Staffs were very helpful. For the price and location to the markets I recommend this hotel. It is also only 10 minutes walking to the sky train".

You must be very proud of your professional staff, but I have to extremely appreciate one of your receptionist Mr. Ngo Dang Duy, he is not only friendly but also enthusiastic. My husband got ill when he came back from Sapa. It is fortunate that Mr. Ngo Dang Duy helped him to see a doctor, and paid attention to him, like family. When we go back to Taiwan, we will let people know your wonderful service, and we are sure we and our company will stay in your hotel as long as we trip to Hanoi. Thanks again and best regards."
